Year 1 is a year of exploration for HKU freshmen. Prospective major and minor students are advised to take at least one List A introductory course in Year 1 in order to be eligible for declaring a major/ minor in Year 2.
Non-BA students from other disciplines are also welcome to become our major and minor students.
