Full-time/Part-time Teaching Assistants in The Master of Arts in Creative Communications (MACC), and Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing in English (MFA), in the School of English (several posts) (Ref.: 527323) (to commence on September 1, 2024 for 9 months)

Applicants should possess Bachelor’s and postgraduate degrees in Communications, Media, Creative Writing, English Studies/ English Language and Literature/ English Literature/ English Literary Studies or a relevant discipline. Those with a good track record or experience in teaching are preferred.

The appointees will work with the course instructors of the taught MACC and MFA programmes, provide teaching assistance in English for courses, and perform any other duties as assigned. Information about the programmes is available at:

The School of English offers an integrated programme in English Studies, including undergraduate teaching and supervision of research students in English and American Literatures, World Literature in English, English Linguistics, World Englishes, Sociolinguistics, Discourse Analysis, and Language and the Law. The School contributes to the teaching of the B.A. & B.Ed. in Language Education (English) and the B.A. & L.L.B. double degree programmes.
