Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the School of English (Ref.: 513781) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, IT proficiency in common computer applications, and preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience. They must be a good team player, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, and have the ability to work independently.
The appointee will provide administrative support to events management such as seminars and conferences, office administration, programme administration and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
